Radius 360 is an ACA & ERISA Compliant Accident and Health plan that provides discounts and complimentary services at certain healthcare providers for eligible medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for their healthcare services but will receive a discount from providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization(s). The discount on medical service(s) will vary depending on the type of provider and medical/ancillary service rendered.

Because this is a section 125 benefit cancellation of membership in this program requires a Qualifying Event. You must request cancellation by emailing Info@SafeHarborSavings.com.

Certain member benefits may not be available in all areas due to third party vendor restrictions.
