The Radius 360 Program is a type of Level Self Funded employee benefits categorized as an accident and health plan that runs parallel to any current health plan in place.
Radius is a voluntary, participatory-level, Accident & Sickness plan. The program is regulated by ERISA and complies with all relevant guidelines, including the ACA, ADA, EEOC, and others.
All benefit-eligible employees are invited to participate, in accordance with your existing employee benefits policy. Please note: Section 105(b) regulations prohibit S-Corporation owners with 2% or greater ownership from participating.
The Radius plan is available to employers with at least 50 full-time eligible employees. There is no requirement for 100% participation
A Section 125 plan enables employers to offer certain benefits to employees, their spouses, and dependents on a pre-tax basis. This reduces employees’ taxable income, increases their take-home pay, and helps businesses attract and retain top talent.
Employers FAQs
Employee contributions to a qualified Section 125 Benefit are Payroll Tax free. Therefore every dollar employees spend on the program creates a 7.65% immediate tax savings beginning in the first payroll cycle following implementation.
Employers are asked to provide census data and preferred enrollment criteria. From there, we manage the entire process—including quoting, enrollment, service, reporting, reminders, vendor coordination, and more.
Employee FAQs
Employees are not subject to taxes on contributions to an Accident & Health plans like Radius 360. Employees may also receive reimbursement for qualified expenses from their Employer without being taxed
This results in a net savings of $150+ per month for our average participant. This savings estimate includes paying the Administrative Fee.
The short answer is NO! Radius 360 is an ACA Compliant Participatory Program. This means you DO NOT have to change your current health plan to participate. In fact, you don’t have to get your health plan from your employer. You can simply add this preventive health and chronic disease management benefit to any existing group or individual healthcare plan.
